Platyhystrix

A little project I made over the course of a week. Modeling, sculpting, texturing, uv unwrapping, retopology, and rigging was all done by me.

Platyhystrix is a prehistoric amphibian most notable for its distinctive sail. Coincidentally, it shared this trait with other unrelated animals of its time, like the famous Dimetrodon. It existed in North America from about 300-279.5 million years ago, way before any dinosaurs existed.
